Every unit, specified for the plan set
Equipment schedules your plan set can use.
Plan reviewers and installers both want to know exactly what is going in. We document every piece of HVAC equipment in a clean schedule that matches the load calculation and equipment selection.
What it is
An equipment schedule lists manufacturer, model, size, airflow settings, specifications and electrical requirements for each unit on the project.
Ours are built from the Manual S selection, so the equipment on the plans is the equipment the calculation supports.
When you need it
A schedule that matches the load report answers the reviewer’s most common question before they ask it: does the equipment on the permit fit the calculated load?
What we need from you
- Manual S selection, or we prepare it
- Your preferred equipment line
- Electrical service details, if known
What you receive
- Equipment schedule formatted for your drawings
- Electrical data per unit
- Notes that tie each unit back to the load report
“LoadCalcs did great on load calculation for us. They selected ERV, Dehumidifier and HVAC equipment and designed the duct system. Great service!”
Questions
Can you add ERVs, dehumidifiers and ventilation equipment?
Yes. We have selected ERVs, dehumidifiers and HVAC equipment together on the same project.
What format do you deliver?
A schedule ready to place on your plan sheet, in PDF, or coordinated with your drafting.
Do I need Manual S for a schedule?
The schedule documents the Manual S selection. If you already have one, we can use it.
