What it is
We check the inputs and assumptions behind an existing Manual J, S or D: design conditions, envelope values, window data, infiltration, duct losses and equipment selection.
We also review permit comment letters and rejected submittals and tell you exactly what the reviewer needs.
When you need it
A second opinion costs far less than oversized equipment or another rejected permit. It is also how architects and owners catch mechanical plans that are not up to standard.
